When will I be billed?

Your first billing cycle begins at the end of your 14-day free trial. You’ll be billed every month from then on, for as long as you remain a customer. And each month you’ll receive a copy of your bill at the email address you signed up with.

How does the free trial work?

Cancel your plan anytime within your 14-day free trial period and you won’t be charged a thing. However, please note that there is NO free trial for the White Label Program. The $499 fee for that Add-on is non-refundable.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Sorry, but we don’t accept PayPal, purchase orders, or checks.

Can I switch plans?

You can switch plans at any time. If you upgrade to another plan, you’ll be charged a prorated fee based on the remaining time until the date of your next billing period. If you downgrade to a cheaper plan, the price change will take effect in the next billing period.
