Building a Form

Users can build Forms and add them to their mobile websites within minutes. To do this, the first step is to set up your Form via the “My Forms” feature. There, you can choose which fields and questions you would like to include. Then, you simply need to choose which page in your mobile website you’d like to include the Form on.

Accessing Form Results

There are two ways that users can access the results from the Forms that they build.

First, you can set up an email notification that will be automatically sent when someone responds. The email will include all data that they’ve provided via the form — contact fields, answers, and more.

Second, you can log in to the system at any time to view all form responses. Along with being able to view the results online, there is a Download/Export Results button that will provide the form data in a CSV file.
